Shipping and Delivery Options

Domestic shipping for in stock items will normally ship via U.S.P.S. or UPS Ground. Other shipping methods including USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 3 Day, UPS 2 Day & UPS 1 Day are available for an additional costs.

Processing Time

Orders for stocked items are processed within two business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders for non-stock items generally take 7-14 days to process. Once an item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Cancellations

For any order that is customized, cancellations are not possible after we have started to customize the item(s). If we have ordered materials but have not started to customize your order yet, we will attempt to cancel the materials. If we are unable to cancel the materials, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returns

For customized products, all sales are final. Unless there is a defect in the product, returns are not allowed.

Delayed Orders

In the case of delayed processing, customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund. Shipping provider delays do not fall under M & J Designs of Manatee County, LLC liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status.

Damaged Orders

M & J Designs of Manatee County, LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. M & J Designs of Manatee County, LLC has a minimum of 2 inspectors, inspect your order before it is shipped to make sure you receive the highest quality product possible. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Shipping Restrictions

UPS orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.

The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) has restrictions on what items can be shipped through air transportation in the US. As such, any unauthorized items for air shipment may require a different shipping method.
